
AI/R is a collective of six AI and digital services companies, each built independently, each with its own market, culture, and identity.
As the group moved to expand into the U.S., the problem was obvious: six strong brands that didn't read as one.
We designed a system built for that tension. A shared strategic narrative, unified visual language, and a flexible framework that connects the brands without collapsing them into each other. AI-generated assets made the technology tangible. Interactive prototypes stress-tested the system in real contexts.
The result holds both things at once: collective presence and individual distinction.
