AIR BRAND SYSTEM


AI/R is a global collective of six companies leading innovation in artificial intelligence and digital services. Each brand was built independently, shaped by different markets, cultures, and teams. As the group prepared to expand its presence—particularly in the U.S.—it faced a familiar challenge: how to present itself as a unified force without diluting the unique identity of each company.

Our task was to design a brand system that could hold this complexity. One that aligned the group under a shared vision, while allowing each brand to remain distinct and expressive.

We started by defining a common strategic narrative—centered on AI as a visible, creative presence in everyday business and life. From there, we built a flexible design framework that included a unified color palette, shared typography, scalable components, and a digital infrastructure built for growth.

To express the group’s focus on innovation, we integrated AI-generated visual assets into the system, giving form to the technology that defines AI/R’s work. Interactive prototypes helped test the system in real-world contexts—ensuring the brands felt connected, but never interchangeable.

The result is a cohesive ecosystem designed to scale with the group—supporting both collective visibility and individual distinction as AI/R continues to shape the future of intelligent services.
